Searching law-lib archives

Colleagues:

The link in my law-lib FAQ
(http://home.olemiss.edu/~noe/llfaq.html) to the LLRX
customized surfwax law-lib archive search is still working,
but it appears the customized search settings are no longer
working correctly, which means one gets zero results. The
public default search settings will produce results, but of
course they aren't limited to content from the law-lib list.
I have contacted LLRX about this.

In the meantime, you can use any general internet search
engine that allows you to restrict your search to a
particular domain. In this case the domain would be
lawlibrary.ucdavis.edu . For example, selecting the
advanced search option in Google allows you to limit your
search to a particular domain.

The archives at the U.C. Davis website are current through
August 3rd.

If anyone has a favorite search engine and/or searching tips
for the law-lib archives, please let me know, and I'll
consider including the information in my next update of the
FAQ.
