Good morning. Patron wants to see copy of a petition filed by or on
behalf of Keith Emerich. Respondent wouild be either Department of
Transportation or Bureau of Licensing. this may have been filed in
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, but we can't be certain of
that. The only other information we have is that it was supposed to be
set for a hearing on July 29, 2004. If there is an opinion, ruling or
other record of decision we would appreciate seeing a copy of that as
well. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
