Pennsylvania help needed

I am looking for a 1967 case, Allegheny Plastics, Inc. v. Stuyvesant
Ins. Co., 116 Pitts.L.J. 288 (Pa.Com.Pl., 1967). It is not on Westlaw
or Lexis. From my research I am guessing that the cited volume is
parallel to the reporter Pa. D. & C.2d (1955-1977), Pennsylvania
District and County Courts. Does anyone have this decision?
 
I'm happy to pay reasonable charges. Of course, my attorney needs it
today so fax or email attachment is appreciated.
