I am trying to locate a surviving parent from a merger that occurred in
the 1940s in Nevada.
Quickly.
We do not have an address, names of principals, State of Incorporation,
or know for sure if the company was publicly traded.
So far, I can think of three ways: Secretary of State records, SEC
filings, and newspaper articles.
If you have any clever ideas or know of good source for old SOS records
or sec filings, please let me know!
Any help would be appreciated.
