This one is completely new: the assigning lawyer told the summer clerk (who is now asking me) to do research on "best price" requirements [or regulations] as applied to animal drug products. This is all we have to go on, as the lawyer is unreachable at the moment.
I have searched CFR, USC, Fed. Reg. and the FDA site, all for naught. Before I start running through loads of DBs, I thought I'd put this out for your consideration. Anyone have any idea or suggestions for this research?
