recall using it once.

2 - Duns Market Identifiers- Singapore is on Lexis.com

3 - A good place to start on simply Singapore is http://www.sg and from
the directories you will be able to locate all the necessary government
and private agencies/companies.Some however will require payment to
retrieve information.
