I am trying to find the definition for an executive, administrative or
professional in connection with Hawaii state overtime exemption rules.
I can find where these types of employees are exempt from overtime in
the Hawaii code (HRS 387-1), but I can't find the definitions in the
code or the administrative code.
The lstate abor web site seems to be down - or I have the wrong address

Does anyone in Hawaii know where I can find these definitions.
