Can anyone provide a copy of the ruling from this Philadelphia Common
Pleas case?

Republic First Bank v. Abrahams Lowenstein & Bushman, Phildelphia Common
Pleas, Judge Gene D. Cohen, case id: 020300409. Docket sheet says:
July 14, 2004 but news articles provide a July 2 date.
