Subject: Connecticut Help Needed

I have been asked to determine which CT DEP regulations were in effect in
1990 for underground storage tanks. I have been able to determine from the
CT DEP website that the citation for the regulation I need is Sec. 22a-449
(d)-107. Out-of-service Ust systems and closure. The regulations on the
website indicate that they were in effect in 1994.

I would be most appreciative if a Connecticut law librarian could fax or
e-mail me the same regulation that were in effect in 1990.

Thank you.

Kathy
