West Purchasing Question - Mid Year "Revised" Federal Rules Books

Do those that have bulk subscriptions to West's Federal Civil Judicial Procedure & Rules automatically purchase the mid-year "Revised" edition? Are these really necessary? I know there may be some slight change but does this really necessitate printing (and trying to get us to purchase) an entire new volume half way through the year. What happened to pocket parts? Are other firms balking at this or do most just see the relatively small cost ("only" $13 per book if you subscribe to annual edition) and just order copies for all of the attorneys that get the annual. Curious to hear others' opinions.
