Good Morning,

I am trying to locate a decision of the 2d District Court of Appeal or
13th Circuit Court of Fla., dealing with compensation of court
reporters. I'm told the case deals with the right of a court reporter to
withhold a transcript if they've not been reasonably compensated and
their right to refuse production of a tape recording of proceedings, as
this is considered work product. I'm told the case shouldn't be more
than 10 years old. I am currently checking available online resources,
but as this is urgent, I thought I'd see if any of you recall this
decision. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Kate
