For major pieces of legislation (Gramm-Rudman etc), I always try to purchase compiled legislative histories. Does anyone know if one has been published, or if one will be? So far, I've checked Hein, run a subject search on OCLC, and googled several variations of "legislative history" "prescription drugs" medicare, etc.

Before I print out reams of 3-hole paper to compile a comprehensive legislative history of HR-1/SR-1, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows of anything in nice bound volumes I've missed, or something coming down the pike.
