We are in need of a report that is available via the OAS for $20 purchase. However, they do not take a credit card and we need the report sent out quickly. Do any of you have routine messenger runs to the OAS offices? If so, would it be possible to ask someone to buy and express mail or Fed Ex to us a copy of the report? We would be very happy to reimburse you, but we don't have time to send a check to the OAS via snail mail. Please advise. TIA.
