Law-Libbers: Does anyone have an old set of Moore's Federal Practice Civil?

In 50 F. Supp. 759 (International Carrier-Call & Television Corp), the last paragraph has the following language:
"The meaning of 'chose in action" as employed in this statute has been fully analysed in 2 Moore's Federal Practice, pages 2021 et seq."

The attorney would like to see the Moore's volume cited above. I called LexisNexis, but the older Moore's is not on line. I've tried several local law libraries with no luck.
