Dear Mary Lynn,
I looked in my book, "The Lawyer's Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet" in my "transportation" chapter--but sorry to say that I didn't find anything that would help you find a specific type of boat.
However,my co-author suggested BoatTraderOnline.com. This site allows you to search by manufacturer, year, length, etc.
I ran a search at BoatTraderOnline.com, and I searched by the manufacturer name "Roughneck," but there were no Roughneck boats for sale, so what about placing an ad for your boat on BoatTraderOnline.com? It claims to have over 1,710,000 visitors every month.

We are trying to do an accident reconstruction and I need an aluminum roughneck boat manufactured in 1997 that's about 17 feet long (any aluminum boat at this point) that can hold a 125 hp outboard motor. We have contacted the manufacturer, searched the Internet generally, searched eBay for potential sellers, contacted companies that rent boats and we have been unable to locate anything.
