AALL 2004 already seems like a dream. I have unsuccessfully
searched this morinng for a December, 1995 Administrative Notice from the
Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
entitled "Numerical Goals Under Executive Order 11246." No luck, over and
over. Any suggestions apreciated.
