RE: Looking for a Book Review

We don't yet live in a 100% pay-per-view world. "Fair use" still exists, and
a single copy of one article for personal use is still pretty clearly fair
use.

This would seem to be especially true when it's an author looking for a copy
of a review of his own book. It's hard to mistake that for an attempt to
avoid paying for a subscription which he would otherwise purchase.

I am the editor of the Alert.....and I am not sure that your posting is
kosher. We do sell individual issues. We are a very small company and if
lots of folks did this, we would be out of business.
