Whenever you need anything oringinating from a Federal government agency no matter how old Call a Federal Depository neear you. If you do not know where the closest library is, log on to http://www.gpoaccess.gov and you will find on the left side of the page an item that will help you determine the library closest to you that is also a depository of government information. If they no longer have what you want they should be able to direct you to the regional library.

Subject: seeking a publication
I want to buy two or three copies of :
Communications Act of 1934 as Amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996
This was a GPO publication and is now out of print. I've been through the standard out-of-print services, including Hein, ABE, lawbooks.com, and even Books on Demand, with no luck.
I'm checking to see if any of the members of our august group have further suggestions, or might have a copy that you would be willing to part with.
With much appreciation,
Dru Edrington
