I am trying to locate a very recent decision of the Texas PUC. The decision was rendered in June 2004, and Lexis is only current through
March. I have tried the PUC's website, and cannot find the one I'm
looking for by name, and I don't have a case number. A colleague called the TX PUC, and they were of no help.
