relationships. The successful candidate will be a dedicated Team player

prioritize multiple assignments are essential.
In this position you will:
* Contribute to the establishment of a firm knowledge base
including data gathering, indexing, data input and database management.
* Provide reference and research services in both
traditional and online resources including business, legal and marketing
research, legislative tracking and conflict checking.
* Work with a variety of software including SydneyPlus,
DreamWeaver, iManage and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Administrative duties include interlibrary loan,
collection development and maintenance, supervision of filing staff and
review and approval of invoices.
* Perform conflicts checks for new clients and new
matters.
The successful candidate will have:
* A familiarity with online and traditional legal research
sources such as Lexis, Westlaw, LoisLaw and CDRoms.
* At least one year of law library experience in reference
and research.
* Understanding of legal and business cataloging using LC
and copy cataloging.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills.
* A fundamental ability to provide information in a well
organized/succinct format and to determine the most appropriate, cost
effective and timely source for relevant information.
* A Masters in Library Science.
