Are you on a low carb diet? Has your personal physician suggested that
you avoid sweets? Do you have plans that will place you somewhere other
than the opening event on the evening of Sunday, July 11?
If any of the conditions above apply to you and you are attending AALL, I
would be more than happy to put your opening event ticket to good use. My
wife is attending the meeting with me and I need a ticket to allow her to
attend the opening event. I know I could have bought her a ticket, but
$40 for a cookie seemed a little steep. Some might call me cheap;
especially those who know me well. :-) I prefer frugal; it is so much
less judgmental.
I will not insult you by offering you money for your ticket. I will
simply let you bask in the warm glow of knowing that your ticket has not
gone to waste and that you have saved me some cash.
