GPO and Internet Connectivity

GPO began experiencing connectivity problems this past Friday, July 2nd,
2004. The problems have intermittently affected accessibility to GPO Access
and other GPO-hosted online services. These same problems have also
prevented us from responding in a timely manner to some of the questions
submitted to GPO online.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by these problems and assure
you that everything possible is being done to correct the current situation
as quickly as possible. Please be advised that we are in the process of
updating our IT infrastructure to prevent future recurrences.

Your patience during this time is appreciated. Please feel free to call us
toll free at 1-888-293-6498, or locally the Washington Metropolitan area at
202-512-1530 should you require further assistance. The Contact Center is
available workdays between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
