One of those questions I thought would be a quick answer that has
turned into something more difficult. If a Massachusetts resident, private
citizen, wishes to contest the constitutionality of a newly enacted law,
what is the procedure? Our preliminary research indicates that suit should
be filed in Superior Court, but against who -- the AG? Also, what would be
the remedy sought? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
