I've been asked to get the equivalent of a 10-K for a British company. I've
found the site for the "companies house" registrations
(http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk <http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk> ) which
appears to be the equivalent to our SEC but haven't been able to confirm
that this is the case. If this is correct, then it appears that filings are
NOT free as with the SEC's EDGAR, but that you must then pay for documents.
Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with public companies in the UK
that can either confirm my hunch or point me in a more profitable direction?
Thanks in advance!
