Good Morning, All-

 One of my attorneys has asked how to obtain a copy of a complaint for
defamation over the publication of The Bookseller of Kabul, by Asne
Seierstad. Published in Norway (by Cappelen), Great Britain and now the US
(both Little, Brown). Where was the case actually filed? Does anyone have a
copy of the complaint??

 I did not find anything in the PACER US Case Party Index.

Any ideas?
