One of our faculty is trying to get a copy of the following Israeli case (in English):

H.C. 2757/96 Hilla Alrai v. Minister of Interior et al., PD 50 (2)18 (1996)

I have tried Westlaw and Lexis to no avail. I also tried the State of Israel, Judicial Authority, web site with searchable Supreme Court decisions, but again, could not retrieve the case.

Our collection of Middle Eastern legal materials is rather sparse here in the Arizona desert, so I hoped that someone out there might provide a clue as to possible sources for this decisions.
