How about trying his agent? A few Google searches revealed that his agent is Ari Emmanuel at the Endeavor Agency. Contact them at 9701 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, Ca. 90212. (310) 248-2000.

I tried to email Mr. Moore, but was unsuccessful. The "failure" reply
message and his Web site indicate that he receives thousands of emails a
day and to "be patient." I've searched a few places on the Web, but
cannot find any traditional contact information (eg, mailing address).
There's not a lot of time, and I don't know if any site would even be
available, but, if anyone has a clue as to how to contact him, I'm
willing to do the logistics. Laura

I also remember him giving props to librarian who helped him get his 'Stupid White Men' book released in the wake of 9/11 when the publisher was holing it back. If AALL could get in touch with his folks I bet they would do it. He's got a "Contact Mike:" e-mail address of mike@michaelmoore.com. Anyone from AALL want to take a stab?
