I'm looking for 2 items:

(1) the Georgia Securities Act of 1957. This is an early edition of the act.

(2) a book called Georgia Securities Practice with Forms, by James S. Rankin, Jr.

Is anyone willing to lend the book or, if it is available, to fax or email a pdf version of the 1957 Georgia Securities Act? We'll pay any charges. All my contact information is below.
