Does anyone out there have these two books or at least the 1976 Supplement in their collection?
Need to answer the following
Is there a provision within the (BOCA Building Code for these two years) that grandfather's existing property but requires (or exempts) that the property be brought up to code when significant renovation is done?
Please help!
