Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced issues with their billing department? We get
our invoices by email and before we can have our Finance Department issue a
check we are getting dunning notices (and our Finance Department is fast in
paying). We decided to pay by credit card to avoid this problem and asked
for a receipt. We were told they would fax us one and a week later when we
did not receive it we again asked and were told they would not issue a
receipt, that we could go online and download proof of payment. Its not a
proper receipt and so its not satisfactory to our Finance Department. I
contacted them and they were not at all helpful.

We are going to try to avoid using them in the future. I know there is
Choicepoint, what else is out there? Thanks.
