I'm trying to locate the county codes (local laws) for the following Pennsylvania counties:
Clarion, Warren, and Forest.
I'm specifically looking for the section on "realty transfer tax".
If anyone has this section of the codes or knows the correct office to contact (I've gotten the run around when I've tried calling the county offices) I would greatly appreciated it.
