Subject: Tennessee Help needed - old TN Statute
Happy Friday, all.
Here's my Friday request. I am needing an old Tennessee statute as was in
effect in 1963.
I was given this cite: "Section 3 of Chapter 110 of the Tennessee General
Assembly of 1963, TCA Section 35-618". The subject should have to do with Trusts.
Would anyone happen to have the TN Statutes back that far, who would be
willing to fax me that section as it was in effect in 1963?
We'd be more than happy to pay copying/faxing costs.
