Subject: looking for survey on online legal research
We are doing a total overhaul of our online legal research. I have been
asked to create a survey that will evaluate the users needs - not just
their preferences for online legal research.
I am wondering if anyone out there has done a similar survey and would
be willing to share.
I am looking for something that explains what attorneys needs are to
research, what they use now, why they use it, and what is most important
in choose an online legal research product. etc. etc.
Please respond off list - I will summarize if there is enough
interest.

wheel!
