I am trying to determine a defendant's name in a German lawsuit. The
plaintiff's name is Kotte & Zeller, GmbH. The opinion comes from
Oberlandesgericht Dusseldorf, case number: No. I 20 U 104/03. The date
of the opinion is Feb 17, 2004. The topic is meta-tags.
The references I found by Googling mysteriously omit party names. Does
someone know of a source for German opinions?
