I have a very experienced IP attorney who is also a trained arbitrator;
she's currently on an arbitration panel working on a complex patent matter.
She'd like me to find something aimed at advising arbitrators on how to
handle complex cases involving intellectual property, but she does not need
anything like a primer or a standard treatise. So far I've not found
anything - I've looked at the AAA and the WIPO and the National Arbitration
Forum and etc. etc. etc., but so far all I find are rules, conventions, and
basic here's-how-to-arbitrate-a-dispute stuff, and she knows all that.
If anyone is familiar with more advanced resources, I'd appreciate the
guidance.
We're going to need some law books - with pictures, this time.--Harvey
