I'm wondering if anyone out there can help us obtain copies of the appellate
briefs in an 11th Circuit case, Lofton v. Secretary of the Department of
Children and Family Services; 358 F.3d 804 (2004). The docket number is
01-16723. Obtaining them from the clerk's office is quite cost-prohibitive!
We are seeking them for a student writing a case note.
He did obtain unofficial copies of the appellant's briefs at
www.lethimstay.com, but is worried about being able to cite to those.
