RE: Library and librarians in movie

It was just the "Tax Law Section" that was offered up as an alternative
to trying to weed the books one title at a time to burn.

Some parts of the movie were innovative and some followed disaster movie
protocol. All in all though, it was a nice kick-off to the summer movie
season, in my opinion.

When the camera panned up to the mousy librarian in glasses shaking like
a chihuahua at a 4th of July fireworks event, I just had to shake my
head. Earlier this year on "24" several scenes took place in a
university library, and when they finally showed a librarian, it was a
mousy woman in glasses. I don't get offended, but I do wonder when a
camera is finally going to pan over to a librarian with contacts, one
earring, and a tattoo. :-)
