I''ve been asked to obtain a copy of the following decision,
Eisenberg v Goldstein, Supreme Court, Kings County, February 28, 1988
and have been unable to find it! The decision appears to be
unpublished.
I've searched on Clark's Digest, Lexis, Loislaw and Westlaw,
NADA!! Still haven't tackled the Kings County Court but reluctant to do
so because of incomplete information. I'm hoping someone out there
would be able to HELP!!!!
I can reimburse for costs involved with producing this decision.
