We received a book called Lawyer Disqualification by Richard Flamm from
Banks & Jordan Law Publishing. The attached bill claimed we were on a
standing order for this and other titles. We have never received anything
from them or any of the titles they claim are in this series. Needless to
say this specific publication came unsolicited, which will receive the 39
USC 3009 treatment.
Has anyone else gotten this publication under these pretenses?
