HMO Surveys -- Got it - and sharing

Hi Alex,
I thought of the Office of Personnel Management (federal government
benefits) when I saw your question. The OPM provides a "member survey"
in The FEHB Guide which helps federal employees choose a health plan:
http://www.opm.gov/insure/04/guides/70-1.pdf

They also have the 2003 booklet at:
http://www.opm.gov/insure/03/guides/70-1.pdf

I would guess that most states also survey their own employees
regarding health plan satisfaction. Here's the Wisconsin survey - for
what it's worth:

You might be able to find similar surveys for other states. Perhaps a
California state employee would know if they have a similar document,
assuming that the health plans listed below serve California.

Hope this helps,
Heidi

Hi--

Off the top of my head, you might want to look at the websites for CALPERS and/or the Kaiser Family Foundation.

Good luck--
