Hi all,

I am looking for any recent (last few years, OK) survey done on health plan providers, entities like Blue Cross, Cigna, HealthNet and United Healthcare. I have already looked up JD Powers and Assoc.'s survey, but that didn't help much. User would like to be able to compare service quality. Any idea where else I could look?
