I need to know what book is considered the "bible of corporation law" in
Ohio, so that we may order a copy.
I also need to see the table of contents for Burton & Rich's book, Ohio
Corporation Law and Practice, and to know if this book is still
published. I found a record for it designating Aspen, but it does not
show up in their online catalog. If you have it, and wouldn't mind
sharing the table of contents, we would happily reimburse any costs.
