Attending every other year would prevent full participation in SIS and
Committee work, where individual members make the most important
professional contributions, networking connections, and learning
experiences.

        Colleagues:

Has anyone considered having the AALL meeting every two years
instead of annually? The year in between could be regional conventions,
and you could attend any regional meeting, not necessarily the one you
belong to.
