Can anyone help me with a copy of the judgment given by Judge William J Haynes in January 2004 (January 21st?) in Gibson Guitar Corp v Paul Reed Smith Guitars? It is a trademark infringement case and partial summary judgment was given - we understand there will be a damages hearing in July.
We have the docket from the PACER and Lexis has some filings but it is the text of the January judgment we are looking for.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful. I am on the digest for Law-Lib so if you could reply off-list that would be great.
