Looking for an opinion in an asbestos case, La Chappelle v. American
Standard, et al. Supposedly issued on 3/25/04 by Judge Oki granting a motion
for summary judgment filed by Viking Pumps. California Superior Court, Los
Angeles County; BC303899.
Is this published anywhere?? I did not find on West/Lexis.
Will pay reasonable charges for a copy.
