We are trying to track down a copy of the Hale & Dorr Opinion Letter which is the center of a recent Massachusetts Superior Court decision: National Bank of Canada v. Hale & Dorr (Connolly, J.) (Civil Action No. 2000-00296) (April 28, 2004). The opinion letter should be part of the court documents but because we are not located in Boston it would take several days to get it from the court.
