Hi all,
 
I am looking for a consumer guide (written in easy to understand language) describing the work of credit reporting companies, their structure, gov't agencies having oversight on their work, etc. etc. Any ideas? I have already checked some bibliographic sources like library of congress and local library online catalogs.
