Subject: Help with NJ Child Support Judgment Searching
According to New Jersey Law, in order to make a distribution of the
settlement proceeds in a case, one must obtain a "Child Support Judgment
Search" on the individual to assure that he/she has no outstanding child
support judgments recorded in NJ. Anyone have a company they could recommend
that does these types of searches?
