Thanks to Maggie Stewart at Widener Univ., who was able to fax me the
1915 and 1935 codes!

Subject: Seeking Delaware General Corporation Law circa 1932

Hello,

I've been asked to obtain a copy of the Delaware General Corporation Law
(section 102) as it appeared in 1932 (current cite is 8 Del. C. sec.
102, "Contents of Certificate of Incorporation). None of the local
University law libraries (Boalt, Hastings, GGU) nor county law libraries
have access to the code as it appeared in 1932, nor do they have
complete access to session laws. I'm wondering if anyone knows of
another source who might be able to provide this information on a rush
basis. I'd be happy with the code or the code as it appeared in session
laws. I'm quite desperate, it seems either I can obtain very old
versions (1800's) or more recent versions (1952 onward), but nothing
from 1932.

Also, I was referred to Susan VanBeek (in Delaware) by our local
legislative history specialist (Jan Raymond) but the number I was given
was not current. If anyone knows her whereabouts, please let me know --
I searched Law-Lib but could only find older entries.

Thank you in advance,
