In 1972, the SEC held fact-finding hearings on the hot (IPO) issues
market of 1967-1971. Over 4000 pages of testimony and documentation were
compiled in the referenced administrative file. We appear to need two
cited pages from the testimony. I am hoping to avoid the apparent
necessity of engaging the SEC, because of the delay.
This request is a long shot. But if your Library somehow happens to have
the entire administrative file, please respond to me off law-lib.
